Doubling down on training
We’ve had great feedback from the courses and workshops we have run in the last 2 months since launching. Training, education, and resources were the number one reasons sales reps joined Succession. 30-Day Pipeline Challenge
If you’re like most reps and need more pipeline to start the year, this collaborative 30-day challenge will give you the skills, tools, and accountability to find more opportunities. This challenge will be run with other members of the community so you can work together and learn what techniques are most effective. We’ll give you the step-by-step blueprint to find 20 meetings in the next 30 days. We’ll be limiting the number of reps who can join to ensure everyone gets the most out of the challenge. SalesDNA podcast
We’ve already recorded several episodes and in January will be launching the SalesDNA podcast. We’ll be interviewing experienced sales reps to learn what makes them successful. Sales leaders will share their journey and how they got to where they are. We’ll also talk directly with scientists to understand how they like to be sold to and what they don’t like sales reps doing. We’ll even mix in some highly tactical episodes with techniques you can use right away. This is going to be a video podcast so you can catch it on YouTube or your favorite podcast player.
Pricing and trial period
Based on the additional training content and challenges coming, we will decrease the trial from 30 to 14 days. We’ll also be increasing our price. These changes will go into effect at some point in January. If you’re already a member, this change won’t impact you. Your price will remain the same. For those of you on the edge wondering if you should join or not, now is the time to start your trial to decide for yourself.

The night before the end of Q4
Twas the fourth quarter in biotech land,
Where sales reps strolled with brochures in hand.
The markets were tough, the funding quite tight,
Every pitch was a battle, a challenging fight.
In the labs, scientists toiled, so keen and so bright,
But our rep had to sell with all their might.
"The funding's so low!" they'd often exclaim,
While dreaming of commissions to boost their fame.
Sales cycles like molasses, slow and profound,
Our rep trudged through offices, round and round.
"Buy this PCR, it's the best in the town!"
Yet, budget cuts made every client frown.
With each "no," their spirit dipped, but humor stayed near,
Joking about their job over a cold festive beer.
"In biotech sales, it's a jolly good ride,
Even if my quota is as steep as a tide!"
So here's to the reps in their Q4 quest,
In the world of biotech, they're truly the best.
May their laughter ring out, loud and clear,
